The Kalamata region of Greece is famous for its olives. They’re celebrated for their sweetness, their rich flavor, and their deep, dark color. We’ve added the Kalamata Olive to our traditional Tiropita for a new flavor you’re sure to love. Our Spanakoptia is a phyllo dough triangle filled with a mixture of spinach, feta and dry curd cottage cheese, eggs and fresh herbs; our Tiropita is also a phyllo dough triangle filled with a mixture of feta, cream and dry curd cottage cheeses, eggs and fresh herbs. Our new Tiropita with Mushrooms & Onions takes our Tiropita appetizer and adds the flavor of Shiitake and Button Mushrooms, along with sauteed White Onions.
